USA Rugby are offering a ‘Tropical 7s weekend’ only membership option for U23 and University teams wishing to compete at the 2022 Tropical 7s taking place on the 15/16 April 2022 (Fri/Sat of Easter weekend) in Tampa, Florida. The offer is only available to players wishing to compete in the U23/University division who do not currently hold an active USAR membership.
The temporary membership is priced at $10 for players who can provide proof of primary medical insurance and $15 for those who do not. Membership will be active for a 72-hour period and will provide players will full liability and secondary medical insurance coverage during that time. Tropical 7s is a USAR-sanctioned event and all US players must have a current USAR membership in order to participate in the tournament. The ‘weekend-only’ membership is currently not available to younger age grades.
