The matches are played at Omni Resort's own sports field complex located within the resort. The field complex has its own entrance and parking lot at the following address:

There is a parking lot available at the Championsgate Sports Complex. Parking is free in this lot on non-tournament days but there is a charge on competition days ($10 per day collected directly by the venue).
The parking lot at the Sports Complex will fill up quickly on competition days. There is an overflow parking lot located close to the fields and accessed via ChampionsGate Boulevard (also $10 per day).
There is additional parking directly in the hotel's main car park and is subject to the hotel's parking rates ($18 per day, $24 overnight - discounts are available for guests staying at the hotel).
Vehicles and their contents are parked at their own risk. Please note is no spectator entry fee.
If you are staying at the Omni hotel, there is no need to book additional transportation during your stay as the playing pitches are on the same property and just 5 mins walk from the front lobby of the hotel. If you choose to stay in the Championsgate or Kissimmee area, it is only a short drive to the playing pitches at the Omni. Most teams staying offsite typically hire a rental van for the convenience of shuttling to the field complex.
Transfers to/from Orlando International Airport to our preferred accommodation providers can be arranged for your team and is approx. 45 mins drive from Orlando International Airport (MCO). TEAM VAN RENTAL
Tropical 7s is pleased to offer discounted rates for team van rentals with our preferred van rental provider, Carls' Vans, located at Orlando International Airport (). Carl's Vans offers a range of different types/sizes of van that be reserved via calling directly (+1-800 565-5211) or email (). Please reference the Tropical 7s rugby tournament to obtain discounted rates. Please note:
The minimum age for any driver is 21, and your Tropical 7s reservation allows for one free additional driver per van.
The pick-up/drop-off location is situated 5 mins drive from the main airport terminal. Carl's Vans offers a free shuttle service during business hours (8am-6pm Monday to Saturday) between the rental office and the airport.
TRANSPORT TO THEME PARKS & LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
If you are staying at the Omni hotel, complimentary scheduled shuttle transportation is provided to the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks (24-hour advance reservations are required). Transfers to other local attractions can be arranged on request.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) - approx 45mins drive from the tournament venue/host hotel
Orlando Sanford Airport (SFB) - approx 75mins drive from the tournament venue/host hotel

IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS FOR TEAMS ARRIVING FROM OUTSIDE THE USA
If you're a citizen of a country covered by the USA’s Visa Waiver Programme you are able to travel to the USA without a visa provided you hold a valid Electronic System Travel Authorisation (ESTA) and meet the requirements of the programme. ESTA applications may be submitted at any time prior to travel, though it is recommended that travelers apply as soon as they begin preparing travel plans or prior to purchasing airline tickets.
