THE US Rugby Foundation (USRF) is an offcial partner of the Tropical 7s Referee programme. The USRF is an independent, non-profit organization, which has for six decades supported the growth and development of youth rugby in the United States. The Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa Bay, the venue for the Tropical 7s, is a multi-sports facility designed to attract elite tournaments to the Tampa Bay Area. The state-of-the art facility features 15 full size fields and is conveniently located close to many of Central Florida's tourism attractions, a number of different airports and a wide range of hotels.
