TROPICAL 7s is more than a 2-day 7s competition with participating teams typically arriving early to take advantage of the excellent training facilities available prior to the tournament.

Pitches are available to teams wishing to hold training sessions and/or practice scrimmages/matches in the days prior to the actual tournament (subject to field availability).
