The TROPICAL 7s is happy to confirm that Unilink Sports returns as the official international university placement partner for the 2023 TROPICAL 7s, having previously partnered with the tournament for the first time in 2022.
Unilink Sports is a university placement service for rugby players that allows athletes to continue their playing career while earning a Bachelors or Masters degree in the United Kingdom or Europe. Unilink offers a free placement service that connects the rugby athlete with universities based on academic preferences. Unilink guides athletes through the application process and helps them match up with the most suitable programs for them.
The TROPICAL 7s encourages youth and collegiate athletes to explore post and advanced degree opportunities while continuing to play the sport and to understand the options available to them. UNILINK SPORTS provides opportunities to student-athletes who wish to play rugby & study in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and other countries within Europe. Students can study towards a Bachelors or Masters degree while playing rugby at one of many partner universities.
