​PARKING
There is a large parking lot available directly at the Tampa Sportsplex and a number of overflow parking lots will also be in operation on all tournament days which are all managed by the venue.
​Parking is chargeable on all tournament days and must be prepaid in advance.
​
We stongly advise booking as early possible in order to take advantage of the discounted rate and to guarantee your parking spot. Details of the online parking booking system will be posted on our website before the start of the tournament.
​
Registered teams will receive 1 free parking pass for both their tournament days - to be picked up from the tournament office at team check-in. Vehicles and their contents are parked at their own risk. Please note there is no additional spectator entrance fee.

​SPECTATOR FAQs
DO SPECTATORS NEED A TICKET OR HAVE TO PAY TO ATTEND THE EVENT?
No, there is no entry charge or requirement for an entry ticket for spectators. Parking on tournament match days is chargeable.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN CHAIRS OR A POP-UP TENT?
There is very limited spectator seating at the venue. Spectators can bring theor own chairs (a limited number are availble to hire from the Welcome Desk. Small pop-up tents (max. 10x10ft) are allowed around the perimeter of the match fields behind the rope barrier/yellow line as long as they do not block pedestrian traffic and are adequately secured into the ground in case of windy conditions. Tents must not be erected on busy thoroughfares and walkways around the venue.

WILL WATER AND ICE AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
There are two free water fountains available at the tournament plaza but these tend to get busy. Bottled water can be bought from drinks concessions on site but we advise that teams bring their own water in refillable water bottles to avoid unnecessary plastic waste. Bags of ice will be available for sale at the tournament plaza.

WILL FOOD BE AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
We kindly encourage teams and spectators to use our local food and restaurant partners who are offering special deals to teams and spectators attending Tropical 7s - many will deliver directly to the match fields. Details of our latest tournament food partners and offers can be found HERE. There will be a limited number of venue-operated concessions and food trucks at the venue.​

CAN I BRING MY DOG?
No pets of any kind are allowed at the venue - only leashed service dogs will be allowed.

CAN I FILM OR PHOTOGRAPH MATCHES?
Filming of any match footage is strictly prohibited without written consent from the event organizer. Photography of matches is permitted but is limited to personal use only and must only be shared from a personal social media account. The public dissemination or commercial use of any photos, video or live streaming of matches without the prior consent from the event organizer is strictly forbidden. ​
