SENIOR DIVISIONS

2024 will see the inclusion of senior Mens and Womens divisions at the Tropical 7s for the first time.

Details are as follows:

Both the Senior Mens and Senior Womens divisions are invitational-only, Please email info@tropical7s.com if you wish to participate in this division with past tournament details prior to registering.
A maximum of 8 team spaces are available for each Senior Mens and Senior Womens division.
No maximum age cutoff.
Teams can expect to play 6 matches over both days (+/- 1 match depending on schedule)
All matches will take place in the evening (matches expected to take place between 3pm and 9pm) on both Friday 29th and Saturday 30th March 2024.
Matches after 7.30pm will take place under floodlights.
Competition is expected to consist of:
- Pool play (3 matches per team) on Friday 29th March 2024
- Championship/Plate playoffs (3 matches per team) on Saturday 30th March 2024

Team registration fee: $750 per team to include:

Team entry into the 2024 TROPICAL 7s
Access to pitches for training sessions on Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th March 2024.
Entry into Tropical 7s ATHLETE COMBINE on Thursday 28th March 2024 (12-6pm)
Qualified referee assigned to all matches
Trophy presented to division winners and runners up.
1 x free parking pass per registered team at the venue
Free admission for all participants and spectators
Event sanctioning by USA Rugby
Coupons and discounts to local food outlets and tourist attractions
Maximum 15 players per registered team (max 12 players can be rostered for a competitive match).
