PRICING FOR THE 2022 TROPICAL 7s

Tropical 7s knows that each team's requirements will be unique. We therefore aim to provide a personal but flexible service to meet the different needs of each individual team -- whether you simply want to turn up and play or require a fully customised itinerary for the week. REGISTRATION ENTRY FEE

The Registration Entry Fee for the 2022 TROPICAL 7s is $550 (USD) per team. REGISTRATION LINK.

 

The Registration Entry Fee includes:

  • Team entry into the 2022 TROPICAL 7s

  • Access to pitches for training sessions between Monday 11 April – Thursday 14 April 2021.

  • Individual player entry into Tropical 7s ATHLETE COMBINE and TALENT ID PROGRAMME

  • Invitation for all coach/managers to the Coaches Kick-off Welcome Reception (TBD)

  • End-of-tournament awards and trophy presentation

  • Free parking at competition venue

  • Free admission for all participants and spectators

  • Event sanctioning by USA Rugby

  • Coupons and discounts to local food outlets and tourist attractions

  • Promotional items from Tropical 7s partners

  • Maximum 15 players per registered team (max 12 players can be rostered for a competitive match)

ACCOMMODATION

All participating teams are able to access preferential rates via our accommodation booking partner (Event Connect).  Please click link below to check prices and availability at ALL our preferred accommodation providers: Teams can only reserve accommodation at our preferential rates once they have completed their online registration.

TEAM SERVICES

Tropical 7s offers various additional services to participating teams on request, including:

  • Transport:

    • Meet & greet at Tampa International Airport (MCO) by our Tropical 7s Transport Partner with direct bus transfers to and from host accommodation. Prices calculated according to destination and number of passengers travelling. 

    • Obtain discounted car and 12-seater van rental rates through our preferred vehicle hire provider – prices available on request.

 

  • Tickets to Local Theme Parks, Attractions & Sporting Events

    • Discounted tickets to various local tourist attractions and activities and sporting events including transport are available through our ticketing partner.  Ticket prices and transport options available on request.

 

  • Team Meals 

    • Opportunity to organise team meals including discount vouchers with selected restaurants. 

    • Pre-purchase boxed meals can be conveniently delivered to the fields on tournament days. Options include breakfast, lunch or dinner (TBC).  

    • Meals for the Closing Party on Saturday night will also be available for pre-purchase (TBD).

  • Team Tents:

    • Teams can reserve a dedicated team tent installed at the fields for the duration of the competition period.

  • Friends & Family:

    • Discounted accommodation rates can be secured for all members of your delegation, including friends and family.

    • Note there is no admission fee to the pitches for spectators.
