PRICING FOR THE 2021 TROPICAL 7s RUGBY RE-BOOT

Tropical 7s knows that each team's requirements will be unique. We therefore aim to provide a personal but flexible service to meet the different needs of each individual team -- whether you simply want to turn up and play or require a fully customised itinerary for the week. For 2021, the Tropical 7s will be hosting the 2021 TROPICAL 7s RUGBY RE-BOOT, which will allow teams to adapt their experience as part of the Return to Play process. Please find below a breakdown of related event fees and pricing:

REGISTRATION ENTRY FEE

The Registration Entry Fee for the 2021 TROPICAL 7s RUGBY RE-BOOT is $500 (USD) per team. REGISTRATION LINK.

 

The Registration Entry Fee includes:

  • Team entry into the 2021 TROPICAL 7s RUGBY RE-BOOT 

  • Access to pitches for training sessions between days (Monday 29 March – Sunday 4 April 2021).

  • Individual player entry into Tropical 7s ATHLETE COMBINE and TALENT ID PROGRAMME

  • Invitation for all coach/managers to the Coaches Kick-off Welcome Reception (TBD COVID Pending)

  • End-of-tournament awards and trophy presentation (TBD COVID Pending)

  • Event sanctioning by USA Rugby

  • Coupons and discounts to local food outlets and tourist attractions

  • Promotional items from our partners

  • Maximum 15 players per registered team (max 12 players can be rostered for a competitive match)

ACCOMMODATION

All participating teams are able to access preferential rates at the Omni Championsgate Resort, which is the host hotel and location of the field complex.

 

 

Discounted booking with other accommodation providers can be made though our accommodation booking partner Event Connect. ​ Please refer to the ACCOMMODATION section for more information and a list of amenities provided by each our preferred properties. Teams can access these preferential rates once they have completed their online registration. Please see below for our current accommodation rates and property availability.

TEAM SERVICES

Tropical 7s offers various additional services to participating teams on request, including:

  • Transport:

    • Meet & greet at Orlando International Airport (MCO) by a member of the Tropical 7s Transport Partner with direct bus transfers to and from host accommodation. Prices calculated according to destination and number of passengers travelling. 

    • Obtain discounted car and 12-seater van rental rates through our preferred vehicle hire provider – prices available on request.

    • Note that if you are staying at the Omni Championsgate Resort there is no need to have a rental vehicle as all sport facilities are on-site within walking distance. The Omni also provide complimentary bus transport to Walt Disney World (must be pre-booked direct with the Omni Resort).

 

  • Tickets to Local Theme Parks, Attractions & Sporting Events

    • Discounted tickets to various local tourist attractions and activities and sporting events (including NBA Orlando Magic or MLS Orlando City games)  including transport are available through our ticketing partner. Ticket prices and transport options available on request.

 

  • Team Meals 

    • Opportunity to organise team meals either within the Omni Resort or in nearby Championsgate (discount vouchers available on request). Please contact the Tropical 7s team for more details.

    • Pre-purchase boxed meals can be conveniently delivered to the fields on tournament days. Options include breakfast, lunch or dinner.  

    • Meals for the Closing Team Dinner & Awards Presentation on Saturday night will be available for pre-purchase.

  • Team Tents:

    • Teams can reserve a dedicated team tent installed at the fields for the duration of their event stay.

 

  • Meeting Room:

    • Whether it’s a team meeting ahead of the tournament, a tactics/performance analysis session or an educational session delivered by one of our in-house specialists, we can arrange a meeting room at the Omni along with any catering requirements.

  • Friends & Family:

    • Discounted accommodation rates can be secured for all members of your delegation, including friends and family.

    • No admission fee to the pitches for spectators.
